Prior to your arrival our dedicated reception team will give you a call to make sure you are all set for your trip to the mountains and they will then be waiting for your arrival to provide you with personalised check-in, porter service and on-mountain support.  

As well as offering you these premium accommodation options we are also the largest accommodation booking service on the mountain with many accommodation partners offering a range of lodges and self-contained apartments. We will find the best accommodation to suit your needs and budget and book it all in for you.

Our team of local experts are knowledgeable on all of the options offered at Hotham and if you are visiting on one of our busy weekends our team will know if there is availability, where it is and book it all in for you.
