PEAKS CHALLENGE

HOME / 3 Peaks Challenge

Peaks Challenge is the ultimate personal challenge and begins a never-ending journey in the pursuit of up. Do you have what it takes?

Peaks Challenge is one of Australia’s most iconic and demanding cycling events, a true test of endurance set in the heart of the Victorian High Country. This 235km ride features over 4,000m of climbing and a strict 13-hour cut-off, rivaling the intensity of a Tour de France mountain stage.

Riders will conquer three legendary ascents: Tawonga Gap, the relentless climb of Mt Hotham, and finally, the infamous back of Falls Creek, known as ‘The Beast’. With 200km already in your legs, the final climb is a brutal push that has earned its reputation among seasoned Peaks riders.

This is a bucket-list ride for cyclists who crave challenge, scenery, and the thrill of pushing their limits.

Peaks Challenge will be travelling through the region on Sunday 8th March, and as a result there will be changed traffic conditions in place (please refer to table).
