Dinner Plain will transform this Christmas and New Year holiday in a 10-day celebration of the High Country – the Dinner Plain Festival Of Light.
Experience the historic snowgums and distinctive architecture of Dinner Plain in a way you’ve never seen before. When the sun goes down, Dinner Plain will transform into an interactive lighting extravaganza with spectacular lighting effects and structures amongst the trees and huts.
Each evening the village will be lit by a sea of lights and effects in a constantly changing visual feast. Visit Dinner Plain’s popular pubs and restaurants then after dark, head for the expansive snowgum area between the village entrance, DP Hut and Crisp’s Hut for the show every evening.
This is an event unlike anything seen in the North East and it all kicks off from December 23, running through to January 2.
