MHARMB Guest Services Volunteers

Are you passionate about Hotham?

The Mount Hotham Alpine Resort Management Board (MHARMB) is seeking knowledgeable, enthusiastic and passionate Hotham enthusiasts to join our Guest Services Volunteer Team.

Our team purpose is to provide guests with an amazing experience through:

  • service, information and problem solving;
  • maintaining the outdoor environment; and
  • managing their safety on the mountain.

Located in the village guest services volunteers are responsible for meeting and greeting guests, providing visitor information services, distributing brochures and information, and assisting guests with purchasing resort entry.

Terms and conditions

You will need to be available to working on weekends and during peak periods for a minimum of 10 days a season, generally 2–4 hours per shift or as agreed. You will be rewarded with a complimentary vehicle season permit for the 2020 winter season.
