We pride ourselves on cocktails, local, national and international beverage list and flavoursome dishes served in a casual yet classy setting.
We open from 4pm for Apres, offering restaurant dining from 5:30pm-9pm seating approx 90-100 people, and after 9pm we transition to an entertainment venue with DJ’s, live music and events. Licensed until 1am for up to 200 people.

We are hiring Experienced Cooks/Chefs to join our kitchen team. Enjoy an on-snow/work life balance with no breakfast shifts, limited days and mostly night shifts.
Experience in fast paced, cooked to order restaurants is required.
All team members are expected to hold a high standard of cleanliness, presentation, organisation, safety and hygiene standards.

Our front of house team are amazing at ensuring the guest experience is impressive, attentive and fun!
Industry experience is preferred but not essential.
We are looking for people who get excited about delivering amazing customer experiences - as far as systems, cocktail recipes and processes we can teach you the rest.
