Jack Frot Restaurant & Bar 

Our venue, Jack Frost Restaurant & Bar are now employing chefs and cooks to complete the team for the much anticipated 2021 ski season.

Successful candidates for our team will be able to hit the ground running, and hold a high standard of cleanliness, efficiency & organisation in all aspects of back of house operations. 

Consistent production of delicious & quality presented dishes is essential.  
A genuine love of food, enjoyment of a fast-paced environment, and a can-do attitude will go a long way in our company.

Our venues open from 8am - 9:30pm, with BOH shifts available from 10am-9:30pm. 

There is plenty of opportunity for a balance of day and night shifts - as we promote a healthy balance of work and ride time.

Accommodation in shared bunk rooms in our staff accommodation is provided (ski-in/ski-out apartments) 

Mount Hotham is a world-class ski resort, in the Victorian High Country.

The ski season kicks off on 11th June and concludes on the first week of October (snow dependent)
