Infringements Update

Some guests have recently received resort entry infringements incurred during the 2021 winter season. 

There are a number of reasons why guests may have received an infringement, including:

  • The resort entry permit was not valid during part or all of the time the vehicle was in the resort 
  • Vehicle details (eg registration) or entry dates were incorrectly recorded
  • The vehicle was parked in a zone that was not permissible under the terms of that permit;
  • The vehicle was detected in resort after a permit had been cancelled and refunded (for example during lockdowns)

If you believe you have been issued an infringement incorrectly we encourage guests to submit a Request for Internal Review form and send it to us as soon as possible at fines@mthotham.com.au or GPO Box 425, Melbourne Vic 3001. 

Please note that if you have received multiple infringements for the same vehicle, you can request reviews for them all on ONE form. 

No further action will be taken and no late fees or additional charges will apply while the Request for Internal Review is being processed.
