Perched in the hub of Hotham Central, enjoy perfect views from Chill Bar and Cafe. Serving breakfast (including brekkie cocktails from 7.30am!) and lunch, espresso coffee, gourmet cakes and slices, pies & sausage rolls, hearty soups and vegetarian options. Apres snacks are also served from 4.30pm.

Chill Bar and Café is offering a range of breakfast options (including brekkie cocktails from 7.30am!), ciabattas, focaccias, sandwiches, wraps, pies & sausage rolls, hot hearty soups, smoothies, meals and loads more. Plenty of sweet things to cure those cravings, not forgetting our great coffee, herbal teas, hot chocolates and other tasty beverages.

Our bar is stocked with great beer on tap and local wines. If it’s a spirit you fancy, we are sure to have something to suit your taste.

Chill bar and Café has been operation for over 10 years. Previously named AJ’S, it has grown to become a favourite with tourist and locals alike that visit Mount Hotham. Scott and Jodie Hamill took Chill Bar and Cafe over in 2019, and are looking forward to working with the great team they have put together again for another snow season.

With our experience in hospitably our goal is to give our customers a positive and memorable experience that they will treasure and pass on to family and friends, we are excited to continue serving great food at an affordable price to locals and tourist.

Chill Bar Cafe supports many fundraising activities on and off the mountain - don't miss their weekly Saturday night fundraiser in support of DWA (Disable Winter Sport Australia) featuring raffles, giveaways and music from 4.30pm!
