Frankie Café is in the heart of the kids and family ski area known as The Big D.
We are at the base of the chair lift and beginners ski run – a hive of busyness!
A day at work includes bringing your fun & friendly vibes into the workplace, filling the cups (metaphorically and literally) of our regular ski instructors and mountain staff, then filling the bellies of hungry beginner skiers enjoying the thrills and spills of their Hotham snow holiday!
If you love turning up your favourite Disney track and hosting an ad hoc “dance for your donuts” competition, then here is a snow job opportunity for you!
Our menu is thoughtfully designed, and our workspace is systematic, full support and training is provided to ensure you find your feet – and you can enjoy the feeling of what to expect day in day out with a creative, colourful menu and a rotating ski school catering menu.
We prepare coffee, coffee and more coffee, then we prepare hot foods, amazing toasties, healthy soups, delicious sweets and donuts! If you don’t love donuts now, you will by July!
Our kitchen team deliver amazing, well-presented food in a fast-paced environment.
A couple of days a week Frankie trades into the evening, where we host fantastic family entertainment alongside bustling night skiing events.
Think silent discos, fireworks over the ski slopes, and friendly drinking and dining experience for guests!
The occasional beer, wine or cocktail (or two, or three, hiccup!) is sold too.
We are recruiting passionate baristas, cooks/chefs, experienced F&B staff & venue supervisors who bring a playful & fun vibe.
