The value of the refund will reflect the number of days the permit was valid during the declared lockdown. For example, a five-day permit that included two days of lockdown, will receive a pro-rata refund two days. A small admin fee may be retained by the RMB.
If you are impacted by COVID restrictions and do not receive a refund in 14 - 21 days of the announcement, or if you have another query, please contact email@example.com.
