Resort Entry Permits

During the declared snow season all visitors to Mt Hotham must pay a resort entry fee, that includes in-resort parking.

Prior to travel ensure you are aware of, and compliant with, current public health retrictions on travel.

We recommend booking your lift tickets & lessons online in advance as during peak season lift tickets may sell out. Check your dates here.

It is compulsory to carry wheel chains and fit as directed. Make sure your vehicle is suitable for chains.

Cars - per vehicle per day
Vehicles with a carrying capacity of less than 12 persons including driver. Includes dropping off and picking up passengers.

There is a set price per person travelling on a coach or with a tour operator on a vehicle with a carrying capacity of 12 or more persons including driver. This fee is separate from the fares charged by the coach operator for transport.

Per adult per entry $18.50
Per child* per entry $9.00
*Child aged 2 - 4 years. 

Primary and secondary schools
For official school groups in a vehicle with 10 or more seats. 

Per student* or teacher per entry** $8.50

*Students must be aged between 5yrs and 18yrs.
**1 complimentary teacher per every 5 students travelling
