Karoondah apartments are 1 and 2 storey fully self contained apartments located beside the Great Alpine Rd 1.7 kms from Hotham Central and just 300 metres walk to the Village Bus stop from the Big D Children's Snowsports Centre, and The General store/pub. 

Guests of Karoondah have use of a communal BBQ and can relax in the communal outdoor spa, which overlooks the Hotham - Dinner Plain cross-country trail. A licenced supermarket is opposite Karoondah and some apartments feature a balcony. All apartments have a private car parking space.

Access to the ski area is found directly over the Great Alpine Rd via 'Frosty Drop' (snow/weather permitting). Lift tickets, ski/board/clothing hire are available at Jack Frost.  All apartments have modern convection heating throughout and a gas combustion fireplace.
