Balance payment information
Did you purchase a 2014 Hero Pass at the end of last season? With less than 80 days until the 2014 Snow Season kicks off, now is the time to start getting excited!
When is the Balance Due?
The final payment, if you have not already paid in full, will be charged to your credit card on the 16 April 2014, if you saved your card details to your profile.
Not sure about what credit card or would like to change/alter your details, now is the time to logon to your account and update your details. The balance will appear on your credit card statement within a few days, no receipts will be sent for the balance payment. If we have any issues with your payment, we will contact you.
The balance amounts per pass are as follows:
Adult Hero Pass: $550
Did you RELOAD your Hero Pass to your existing Snow Pass Card?
If you have RELOADED your 2014 Hero Pass onto your existing Snow Pass Card you need to ensure we also have a current photo ^ on file for each pass holder. This can also be updated via your account on our online store. Upon full payment, your 2014 Hero Pass will be ready to use - you do not need to do anything to activate the card – simply head straight to the lifts! Remember – keep your Snow Pass Card in a separate pocket to your mobile phone & other RFID enabled cards for smooth access to the gates.
If you did NOT RELOAD and we have a current photo on file, we will post your pass(es) out during May. You can check your address details on your account for your pass to be sent to. If we don’t have a photo on file for you, your passes can be collected at either Falls Creek or Hotham on your first visit (please bring photo ID with you).
^ Note regarding photos: We require a new photo for guests aged 18 years and under each year. We reserve the right to request a new photo if we deem your supplied photo inappropriate. No headwear, beanies or goggles can be worn in the photo supplied.
