Hotham Alpine Resort is the place for a true winter holiday which means you get to spend time together sharing a common passion.... snow!
At Hotham you will find a well-staffed, professional and exciting Kids Snowzone, where children from 3 to 14 can learn how to ski or board (7yrs+ only). There is a Class 1 child minding facility called Hotham Daycare, conveniently located on level two of the Kids Snowzone building. There are also walk-on, beginner slopes that are extremely gentle for even the tiniest of tots who have never been skiing before.
Hotham has an extensive range of specially tailored lessons and programs that get children of all ages out on the slopes in no time. Children from as young as 3 years old can participate in a group beginner lesson and share excitement on the snow. If your children are younger than 3, then a private lesson can be arranged to get them out on the snow.
The MILO Mighty Mites specialises in programs for 3 – 5 year olds and offers half day (AM) or full day lessons in skiing.
The MILO Kids Klub is for 6 – 14 year olds and offers half (AM) and full day sessions in both skiing and snowboarding.

Davenport Village in Hotham, right near the Kids Snowzone, is a great place for families. It's close to transport, family friendly dining options, kids snowsports school, the Harry Snowdragon Show, and is in an ideal area for snowplay - be it snowball fights, snow angels or making a snowman!
Just 10kms from Hotham, Dinner Plain is another ideal family holiday location and makes a great alternative to staying at Hotham.
