Snow travel at its best

A Truly Unique Experience

Join us for a sunset that you will never forget at 1861m above sea level. Majestic views include Crosscut Saw National Park, Mt Buller, Mt Stirling, Mt Feathertop, the Bogong High Plains and even on a clear evening, Mt Kosciuszko in New South Wales.

For $79 per person, the tour includes a local King Valley Prosecco and cheese platter at The Bird before travelling up to the Summit for a hot chocolate while watching the sun go down. Hop in the heated cabin on a Kassbohrer which is the machine used to groom the snow on the ski runs and you will get to experience the stunning summit views across the Victorian alps, weather permitting.

The tours operate Wednesday to Saturday meeting at The Bird at 4pm, for up to eight guests, subject to minimum numbers and weather conditions.

Warm clothing including jacket, ski pants, beanie, gloves and appropriate warm and non-slip footwear is required as it will get cold at the top of Summit as the sun goes down. Jackets, pants and snow boots can be rented from Hotham Sports in Hotham Central if needed. Guests will also be asked to wear face masks whilst travelling in the snow grooming machine.

Bookings are essential and tours require a minimum of four guests and maximum of eight to operate. Book online or visit the Guest Services front desk at Hotham Central to secure your spot.
