Ben reaquainting himself with Mt Hotham

A few quick loops around the village, and an analysis of Sun Run found some very nice skiing, it has been snowing off and on throughout the day, quite heavily at the moment. The conditions out there were really quite fun, the snow is in much better condition that I would have expected.

I caught up with a QLD'er, Ben Taylor who had abandoned his sick wife and baby off the hill, and was spending the day re-aquainting himself with Mt Hotham. Ben, who had not been on snow for 7 years, used to be a regular visitor to Hotham, until the world caught up with him and he had to find a real job, was certainly enjoying himself when I caught up with him (and passed him I might add). Ben was also talking of coming up again tomorrow, which is great, glad you are enjoying yourself Ben, although by the sound of that phone call I hope you also enjoy sleeping in the dog house.
