With an 8am temperature of -4 and all snow guns pumping it could only mean one thing, fast groomies. The sun was just burning off the cloud and with a full night of snowmaking it was time to get out and take some pics. With a whopping 52cm of man made & 20cm of natural snow Slalom Gully was great for that early morning carving, while Roadrunner and Sun Run had that perfect corduroy finish. The Victorian school holidays finished last week so the summit was very quiet with only a few people and I braving the cold for the morning views. Just when I start to enjoy my day the mobile rings and its back to the real job…….. next time no phone see ya out there
