Gem of a day at Hotham!

The day began ominously with low visibility and grey overcast skies ...then low and behold the heavens parted and out burst the sun along with a glorious blue sky.
What do you know, it's turned out to be an absolute gem of a day after all and here are some pics to prove it!
Out and About cruised down the Basin, carved up the Summit and headed over to The Drift to practice some turns on the un-crowded runs and were rewarded with stashes of soft powder amongst the crisp groomed tracks. Laura also got some valuable pointers on how to ride the T-Bar for the first time.
There's great skiing and boarding to be had, so grab your sunnies and get out there! See you on the slopes.
