Smokers Ceasefire - Safe Cigarette Disposal

Safe and environmentally sound disposal of cigarette butts within the Alpine Resort has been a problem over the years. We have investigated a number of solutions with varying degrees of success.

Bev Lawrence, Ski Patroller and Environmental Officer with the RMB, believes the "Smokers Ceasefire" solution may well contribute to controlling cigarette butt litter within the Resort more effectively than previous devices.

The estimated cost is between $180 and $150 per unit, however, this is volume dependant, with the more devices ordered the better the cost.

We would appreciate expressions of interest from lessees who would like to purchase units for their Lodge or Apartment building.
