With more than 400 staff members across the resort during the winter months from towies, snowgroomers, snowmakers, food and beverage operators, reservation staff... oh and Harry the Dragon; you certainly see that we are focused on making sure your holiday is as enjoyable as possible. Why? Because we want you back year after year after year. If you're happy we're happy.
Our Guest Services team are always on hand to help. Made up of 4 paid staff and over 20 volunteer mountain hosts, the team are passionate about the resort and ensuring you have the holiday you've imagined. Â
