WAIT STAFF FOR BUSY CAFÉ’S
Requirements:
· Experience in hospitality preferred
· Ability to work at a fast face
· Maintaining food safety procedures
· Attention to detail in food presentation
· Be proactive and show excellent customer service
· Ability to work in a team and under pressure
BAR MANAGER AND BEVERAGE STAFF
Requirements:
• Experience in hospitality and bar work essential
• Neat and tidy presentation
• Good communication and managerial skills
• Cocktail knowledge and bar functionality
• Barista skills
• Offer high standard of service
• Current RSA certificate
BARISTA TEAM LEADER
Requirements:
· Experience in professional coffee making essential
· Neat and tidy presentation and cleanliness while working
· Excellent work ethic
· Confidence with speed and consistency
· Positive attitude
· Ability to work under pressure in certain time frames
CASHIERS AND STOREMAN
Requirements:
· Experience in retail/supermarkets preferred
· Neat and tidy presentation
· Good communicationÂ
· Professional customer service
· Ability to work in a team and unsupervised
All the above opportunities require the successful applicant to be able work the entire season, June to September.
We offer a friendly and fun work environment with training where required. We are professional hands on operators that have a good reputation.
Positions are casual with flexible rosters. Business’ are in the main building on the mountain. Shared accommodation is a 5 minute walk to work and is centrally located.
