This seasonal full time position for the winter months has you responsible for the management of Spa operations in our two locations, encompassing our spa reception, beauty and body therapy teams and world class facilities including swimming pools and a gymnasium. This role also incorporates recruitment, training and small areas of retail, business conferences and catering. The role is exciting and hands on, providing a challenge and variety for the successful candidate.
You must have previous experience at Management level within the Spa industry and hold a Diploma in beauty or body therapy (remedial massage), have experience and aptitude for computer booking systems and all aspects of spa administration including financials and marketing. You will be a great communicator, caring, dedicated, reliable, hard working and a flexible team player with proven experience in guest service and a hands on approach to management, and have a genuine passion for the spa and wellness industry.

Experience with Pervonia is an advantage but not essential. Additional qualifications in fitness or other modalities are desirable.
