Wanted: Chefs and Floor staff for Jack Frost Restaurant and Bar.
Jack Frost Restaurant and Bar at Mount Hotham is Seeking qualified chefs, experienced cooks and experienced floor staff for the duration of the 2012 ski season.Â
Starting early June and finishing in early October, you will have the days off to board or ski and work during the nights, with rdo's to enjoy the other restaurants and bars, and make the most of having
Nearby towns Dinner Plain, Omeo, Bright, Wangaratta and Harrietville make things convenient and
Above award hourly wages paid, with on resort accommodation as part of your package through weekly wage deductions. You will be entitled to food and beverages at a staff rate, as well as other staff discounts all around the hill. Not to mention a sweet staff holiday party after the season finishes up!Â
Chefs, you must have a passion for local produce, be qualified or min 4 years of restaurant experience, and enjoy cooking in a creative environment to high standards.Â
Waiters, you will have substantial experience in restaurant service, and hold a current RSA certificate.
You must be able to commit to a season long contract and be available for the entirety of the season.Â
