Maisano Alpine Catering is seeking a suitably experienced head chef or team of chefs, for one of its main restaurants, Zirkys @ Mount Hotham, for the upcoming 2012 snow season.
What we require:
- Suitable experience as a head chef

- Strong knowledge of produce
- Ability to communicate in a effective manner
