Rental Shop Assistant / Technician and Oversnow Operator:

The successful applicant must be flexible, multi skilled, extremely organized & ready to take on any task as it happens!

Being our Rental Shop Assistant is a very busy role indeed, in what is a very small, but can be an extremely busy store. Exceptional customer service is a necessity.  You will need to help our customers identify their individual requirements, then fit them out with Boots, Ski and Snowboard Equipment, Clothing and Walking Boots.  As well as helping them with the purchase of Gloves & Goggles!!  Other responsibilities include helping maintain store equipment, cleaning, & helping guests with many day to day queries.  Multi-skilling is a must for the successful applicant!!

As one of our oversnow operators you will be expected to transport our guest’s luggage to our building using our oversnow vehicles (Skidoo’s etc).  This requires a levelheaded and sensible person to operate our machinery safely and efficiently.  You will often be our guest’s first contact with us on the mountain so a pleasant, happy and professional manner at all times is essential.

Cleaning is also a large part of the requirements of the successful applicant.

You will be expected to maintain a pleasant, happy and professional manner at all times, & excellent personal appearance is essential.  Efficiency, organization, & the ability to do the best job possible quickly is a must.
