· Waiting and Bar - yes you will be making coffee!

Applicants must have demonstrated experience in a frantic environment for their position of choice.
Previous experience and current RSA certificates are a must for all food and beverage positions.
You should be well versed, well presented, confident, efficient, super enthusiastic, have a strong ethic for quality and consistency and be a flexible and reliable team player; everything you know already.
We encourage you to apply for more than one position if your skill set allows. Full time hours are managed for staff by giving those hours in more than one discipline.
