Key criteria:
• minimum 5yrs dining experience in a reputable venue
• passionate & knowledgeable about food and wine
• excellent communication skills
• reliable
• excellent presentation
• attention to detail
• possess a sense of urgency with a calm & confident demeanour working in a fast paced environment
• assist in managing and training the front of house team with a lead-by-example approach
• attention to detail, organised & tidy and ability to remain busy during quiet trade
• possess initiative
• strong work ethic
• flexibility
