MAISANO ALPINE CATERING- located at Mount Hotham, Victorias premier Ski resort is currently taking expressions of interest for positions available for the duration of the upcoming winter ski season.
We are currently employing staff for the following venues:
-Swindlers bar & restaurant
-Zirkys bar, restaurant and cafe
-Isobar Cafe
-Whiteroom restaurant
-Snake Gully Hut
Positions are available from early June until the end of September, and all applicants must be available for the enitre season.
With several venues at Mt Hotham (mentioned above), ranging from fine dining, casual cafes to busy clubs/pubs we require staff with a range of skills and the ability adapt to various operations as you will possibly be required to work in two or more venues.
We require applicants for the following positions:
-Qualified Chefs
-Cooks
-Kitchenhands
-Baristas
-Bartenders
-Waitstaff
-Security
-Storepersons
People with supervisory and management experience are encouraged to apply. Shared Accommodation is provided for the season, as are excellent staff benefits. Including some meals and great drink prices.
