The Mt Hotham Alpine Resort Management Board is a State Government Business Enterprise (SGBE) responsible for the overall operation of Mt Hotham Resort.
The services provided by the Board include intra-village bus transport, ski patrol, traffic & parking control, snow clearing, cross-country ski trail grooming, Crown lease administration, utilities & infrastructure (potable water supply, sewerage, garbage collection, drainage, and roads), local council services and community & public facilities.
