The White Room is located on the lower level of Hotham Central and are seeking experienced, professional, fun and motivated staff to join our team in our 80 seat restaurant/bar.
Head chef - Must be a motivated team leader with high end food standards and a creative streak. A junior position is also available for the right applicant.
Bar- Cocktail experience required, applicant must have pizazz, flair and personality plus.Â
Floor Staff- experience a must, high standard of service with bubbly and fun personality.
