Casual Café Staff and Experienced Cook required. 

Brand New for 2010 - Mountain Kitchen – Homestyle Gourmet Café Deli located in Dinner Plain, 10 km from Mount Hotham has positions available for friendly and enthusiastic front of house café and kitchen staff for the winter season 2010. 

Front of house applicants should have experience in a licensed café/deli environment, be well presented, confident, flexible and efficient. Previous hospitality experience and current RSA Certificate a must. 20-30 hours per week. 

Cook applicants must have demonstrated experience including the daily preparation, production and presentation of food, and a good knowledge of food safety standards and stock control. You will have strong ethic for quality and consistency, must be reliable and a team player. 30-40 hours per week.
