The Ski Club of East Gippsland (SCEG) seeks a General Manager/Cook for their lodge at Mt Hotham, Victoria.
This is a contracted position covering the 2011 ski season. SCEG runs a lodge open year round to members and the general public, making it one of the busiest lodges on the mountain. It caters for up to 31 people, and serves two cooked meals to guests each day during the ski season.
The successful applicant must be highly motivated, have great communication skills, good computer skills, and be experienced in hospitality and running a commercial kitchen.
