Resort Managements objective for this role is to provide a high level of customer service to our visitors.
Your key areas and responsibilities will include:
â€˘Â Switchboard, front desk and customer service
â€˘Â General Office duties including secretarial function, word processing, answering machines, faxes and managing incoming and outgoing mail
â€˘Â Cash Management, control of counter sales and stock
â€˘Â Management of office stationery and supplies
Mandatory requirements include:
â€˘Â High Level in Microsoft Office packages
â€˘Â High level of clerical and administrative skills
â€˘Â Excellent communication skills and experience in a customer service role
