The Ski Club of East Gippsland requires a live in cook/manager for the 2010 ski season.
The position requires a flexible and independent person/couple with excellent social skills who has proven experience in both cooking and management.
The successful applicant must be able to order for, prepare and cook meals for up to 30 members and guests and be responsible for the daily management of the lodge including some cleaning duties.
Applications close on February 28th and interviews will take place in March in Bairnsdale.
