The past few years has seen an amazing transformation in The General, Mt Hotham and February saw it come to life for ex- Hotham employee Rachel Middlin’s wedding.

109 guests had the privileged pleasure of attending the first wedding in the newly renovated General Store and nobody was disappointed!

With the mist rolling in but yet not a breath of wind, the ceremony which was located on the Big D, had a mystical feel and made an amazing backdrop for photos.

The guests then made their way back to The Genny for pre dinner drinks on the balcony with an amazing sunset. Dinner was a sit down three course meal and the guests partied the night away to the tunes of the Ben Smith Band.
