Wandering around the resort this afternoon I spotted a freight truck and thought I should let you know 'how we get what we get...'Â up to Mt Hotham... As we are in such a remote, extreme area, we need all the help we can get!
I am sure when you've been walking around the the resort you would have seen a few trucks with Hotham written all over them, well thats Hotham Freight!
They operate all year round to Mt Hotham and Dinner Plain and bring up everything from the bread you buy at the supermarket to the fridge you have in your accommodation. These trucks are all set up for the winter climate and come up everyday in Winter... rain, hail, snow or shine!
