Our 4x4 event, Beyond Hotham started off with a bang on Thursday night at the Official Opening. It was a great turn out with around 50 people in attendance. A few drinks were shared along with some great conversation and the telling of tall trails! Friday, Saturday and Sunday were a lot of fun with some amazing trips including Blue Rag, King Spur and Mayford just to name a few.
Saturday night saw the 'Dinner Under the Stars'... unfortunately we couldn't see the stars for the fog, but that didn't stop us one bit... Plan B went off without a hitch and the meal was absolutely amazing once again - thanks Neil and crew!
There is still a lot of fun to be had up here, with a light dusting of snow Sunday night and Monday morning... Participants from as far away as Queensland were very excited and of course this all makes for some interesting four wheel driving!
Today is a bit of a quiet day for all to venture around the resort and rest, then the overnight camping trips will start from tomorrow. Looking forward to another fabulous weekend of 4WDing, if you have some free time - get up here and join the fun!
