Snowmaking firing strong

Snowmaking firing strong

Hotham’s Snowmaking team has been busy making the white stuff with 42hrs straight of snowmaking under their belts…and the guns are still firing!

A cold front moved in on Saturday bringing with it below zero temperatures and perfect conditions to fire up the snowguns. Snowmaking commenced at 4.00pm on Saturday afternoon and has continued to operate since then.

With temperatures expected to remain low over the next few days we are confident our snowguns will continue to lay down some great snow ready for school holiday guests.

More natural snow is predicted to fall tomorrow with snow showers expected to continue through until Friday.
