Fine Dining Head Chef position vacant
Join a team of several restaurants based at HothamĀ Alpine Resort. Applicants must be available for an immediate start through to mid September. Accommodation is supplied in the heart of the resort, ski in-ski out.
We are seeking an experienced Head Chef with a passion for food who can deliver inspiration through a creative Mediterranean lunch and dinner menu.
The ideal candidate must be passionate about food, a team player with modern twist and great food presentation. Good communication skills, the ability to perform under pressure and run a team in our busy restaurants. Fine dining quality and experience essential.
