The lucky winners of free lift passes for season 2011 have been drawn, congratulations to Toby from Melbourne who has won 2 x 5 day adult lift passes, simply for taking the time to fill in the Hotham Alpine Resort Guest Survey during his stay in winter 2010.

The Hotham Alpine Resort Winter Survey lets us know what we are doing right and what can be improved. All feedback is taken into account to ensure our guests have the best holiday possible.
If you have a spare 5 minutes next season, please tell us what you like and what you don’t. You can find the surveys at Guest Services, White Crystal Reception, Zirky’s Reception, the Kids Snowzone at the the Big D and The Onsen in Dinner Plain. An online version will also be available in 2011 so you can complete the survey in the comfort of your home after your holiday. The result will be a better resort for everyone and you never know – you just might win something!
