Hotham Holidays Senior Supervisor – Reservations Centre
Hotham Skiing Company currently has a career advancing and rewarding role to work year round as the Senior Supervisor of the Hotham Holidays Reservations Centre. This is a fulltime role - Monday to Friday during the summer months and six days per week in winter.
This senior role offers the opportunity to assist in reaching sales targets and playing an integral role in the growth of the business through bookings of managed properties in the Hotham Holidays portfolio. This includes accommodation packages, lift tickets and upselling of additional guest needs such as hire and lessons, activities, meals and transport.
This role reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager and manages a small team of Reservations Consultants. The position liaises closely with the Property, Tickets and Marketing teams, as well as external wholesalers, on-mountain booking agents and guests.
In this position you will also:
• Manage a team of four staff across a seven day operation
• Develop rosters within budgets and provide regular tracking reports
• Coordinate the Hotham Holidays website and accommodation on hotham.com.au
• Train new staff and lead a team of seasonal workers with staggered starts
• Prepare packages for sales promotions including the annual Hotham brochure

Fulltime Administration Position
Mount Hotham Skiing Company is currently seeking a full time receptionist and administration assistant for our Hotham Administration office. This is a fulltime year round role working Monday to Friday during the summer months and 5 days per week in winter.
This fast paced and varied role includes managing a busy switchboard, processing mail, liaising with all MHSC departments and assisting with administration for Human Resources and other departments.
In this position you will also:
- Provide information to guests via telephone and email.
- Assist staff with various aspects of work and life at Hotham.
- Process accounts and invoices.
- Order and distribute stock.
- Coordinate the job website.
- Induct new staff and assist with other HR functions.
