CALLING ALL AUSSIE AND KIWI SKIERS AND BOARDERS!
Deakin Student requires participants for study.
Have you gone to the snow this season? Were you stuck inside with terrible weather or were you able to get fresh tracks and work on your goggle tan?
John Gayler, an Honours student in the School of Management and Marketing at Deakin University is conducting research on consumer behavior at Australian and New Zealand ski resorts and is interested in what you have to say.
If you have visited a ski resort in Australia or New Zealand, you’re encouraged to go www.alpinesurvey.net and complete the questionnaire relating to your most recent visit. Completing the survey takes approximately 10-15 minutes and participants can enter the draw to win one of five $50 vouchers for www.surfstitch.com.au, Australia’s #1 online retailer of snow, surf and skate gear.
It doesn’t matter whether you’re a seasoned pro that lives for the backcountry or someone who has only been up for a day and is still getting their snow legs, John wants to hear from you! Participating in the study and providing your unique view will help generate a greater understanding of how consumers experience the snow and where the resorts are doing well, and areas they can improve upon.
“This year has been pretty average in terms of snowfall for many of the resorts in the Southern Hemisphere but things are really starting to look up thanks to the Mighty Ullr. I’m hopeful that this will encourage a few more people to go out there, hit the slopes and then share their experiences with me; the good and the bad,” says Deakin student John.
To complete the survey go to www.alpinesurvey.net by October 10, 2010
