The long overdue snowstorm we have all been waiting for has arrived with a huge 36cm of fresh flakes falling in the past 48hrs, and it is still dumping outside!
Heavy snow began falling over Hotham on Saturday night to follow the initial kick start of snow flurries which began at approximately 6.00am on Saturday morning and it has not eased up since then.
Hotham guests and locals alike are delighted at the snowy conditions, many taking advantage of Village Chair opening at 7.30am this morning to make first tracks.
This cold front is expected to remain over Hotham for the next few days.
The average natural snowdepth is now 60cm, with 98+cm in snowmaking areas.
Don’t miss making turns in the fresh flakes, call Hotham Holidays on 1800 hotham today to book your trip.
