A new online 'widget' has been launched on visitvictoria's Skivic.com site.

The 'Skidget' provides a regularly updated snapshot of snow conditions, temperatures and lift information for Victoria's alpine resorts. As a self contained web widget, the Skidget can also be shared by emailing to a friend, added to a range of sites including Facebook, MySpace, Vista, Live, Yahoo or easily added to any other website including personal blogs.

The main skidget lists all of the Alpine resorts, or for Hothamites there is a seperate skidget for Mount Hotham.

The Skidget is fully supported and funded by all of Victoria's Alpine Resorts via the Board of Alpine Resorts Tourism (BART).
