Snowmaking near Village Chair

The Village Chair opens for the first time today, opening up even more terrain. With Slalom Gully, The Gully Catwalk and Swindlers Trails now open, there is now skiing and boarding available from the Summit right down to Village chair. This is great news for all the school holiday makers, as the resort is quite busy at the moment.

The very cold temperatures over the last couple of days have allowed the snowmaking team to produce heaps of snow, adding to the good natural snowfall earlier in the week. More snow is forecast next week, which could allow more terrain to open.

Hotham now has 6 lifts up and running plus the the lift at Dinner Plain is also turning, providing 7 lifts for our guests.
