| Hotham Village - view from the plane |
|
Board a plane at 7am in Lilydale and be on Hotham slopes at 8.30am. Get back to Melbourne for dinner.
Depart Lilydale Airport for a spectacular 45 minute two way flight over the Great Dividing Range to Mount Hotham Airport. No traffic. No fuel costs. No driving. Save yourself 8 to 10 hours on the road and get the best snow.
Groups can book as little as 24 hours before. You can time your flight to be first on the runs after a good dump and under blue skies. Midweek or weekend flights are the same price.
Return day flights to Mount Hotham for groups of four or more cost only 250 dollars each*. Flights to the mountain are weather dependent but you don’t pay a cent if you don’t fly.
You can get into your gear before you get on the plane, at the airport! You can board or ski all day without being tired and get home before 8pm. Do Hotham on a sickie! Put some champagne in a bucket of snow for the sunset flight home!
Weekend or longer stays are also possible with drop offs and pick ups by arrangement. Leave the car behind.
Lilydale Airport employs 11 experienced pilots and operates 20 charter aircraft. The airport has had an exemplary safety record since it opened in1968.
Take the easy way. Save on fuel, time and energy. Fly to the snow!
