Enjoying the huts on the BigD

The 2007 ski season is now officially here. Opening weekend went off with out a hitch, and at Hotham it 'went off'. There was snow, lifts running, more snow forecast, parties....the list goes on and on.

The Summit Quad, Summit Trainer and BigD Quad ran all weekend for skiing and boarding, providing a great opportunity to blow the cobwebs out of the equipment.

It was great to see so many out and about enjoying the early season skiing, there was also quite a few Bright College Race Team jackets around the mountain. Obviously getting in as much practice prior to the Interschool Challenge Race series events.

It was snowing off and on all day today, with more snow forecast over the next couple of days it really is a great start to the season.
