Access to Buildings by RMB and CFA

Every head lessee must provide the RMB with your most current key or access code for your building.  Please contact the RMB office to provide this information on (03) 5759 3550 by close of business Thursday 14^th December 2006

Building Preparation

Every head lessees must ensure that the inside and outside areas of their buildings have been prepared to an acceptable risk prevention level by Thursday 14^th December 2006.  You are advised to contact Greg O’Donohue on 0418 367 371 to discuss the risk prevention requirements for your premises.

Also as part of our preparation we are asking for any capable and competent volunteers who wish to be on standby to help in case of fire threat at Mount Hotham.  Volunteers will work with the Resort Management Board to assist the CFA where required.
