Toboggan & Snow Play Area Condition

Bungra the Snow Possum

Bungra the Snow Possum lives amongst the trees of the Possum Flat Snow Play & Toboggan area. He was first seen back in the 1880s when the children of the Brandy Creek miners saw him pinch an enamel plate to use as a toboggan. He has been quietly living in the Mt Hotham area ever since.  He is a shy critter, only occasionally seen during the winter months. However when a mitten or beanie mysteriously disappear Bungra’s paw prints are often found where these items were last seen.
