Hotham's best restaurants offer imaginative cuisine with first-class service. Book ahead to avoid disappointment.

Tsubo - Dinner Plain Open for dinner 7 days a week from 6pm - late.

Tsubo is always evolving and refining; borrowing old practices, combined with modern techniques and looking to Japan for inspiration. We source high quality regional ingredients from small producers and are constantly seraching for new things to bring to the table.

Tsubo's extensive drinks list, with a strong emphasis on quality sake and relaxed dining environment makes for a restaurant experience that anyone can come and enjoy.

Having spent five months in Japan, owners and chefs, Hamish Nugent and Rachel Reed are looking forward to bringing a new aspect to Tsubo's dining experience - hands on cooking classes! Classes include transportation services and will be followed by a two course lunch with matching wine, beer or sake.

In addition to the Feed Me option, introduced in 2009, Tsubo will be offering a Take Me Home package, a chauffeured service included in the Feed Me option.

This year, guests can embrace modern technology with the ability to check out an interactive wine list on their iPads.

Take advantage of Tsubo's group cooking classes:
