The Package

Luxury Chalet Catering

Our deluxe chalet catering service begins with a welcome basket of fine local produce, award winning Australian wine and delicious chocolates and sweets to welcome you to your chalet.

Local Produce Menus

Dinner Plain produce fresh from the Ovens, King and Kiewa valleys and the Melbourne markets.

Professional Private Chef

Each day, your professionally trained chef will prepare a continental breakfast of fresh breads from local bakers, local preserves, yoghurt and cereals. This is all accompanied by a selection of fresh fruit, fruit juice, tea and coffee. We also offer daily specials such as waffles, sausages, frittata, croissants and eggs cooked to order.

Chalet Service

After breakfast the staff clean the kitchen and tidy the chalet. Your host can set up the fire and will lay out an afternoon tea of fresh cakes or pastries with tea and coffee ready for your return.

Chalet Host

In the evening your Private Chef and host return to prepare a delicious three course meal served to you with limitless wine.

Luxury Holiday Package

The fully inclusive price for the package is $80 per person per day, plus GST. Minimum 6 guests per booking.

An additional 10% charge for bookings shorter than 4 days, And a 10% discount for bookings greater than 7 days.

All payments are in Australian Dollars for catering in both Australia and Japan. All payments are made to 5Star Hospitality Pty Ltd. via electronic transfer.

Included in your weekly luxury package per person:

• Six continental style breakfasts.
• Six freshly prepared three course evening meals with wine.
• Daily tidying up of the chalet and cleaning of the kitchen.
• End of week full chalet clean, to agents’ standard.
• Highly experienced personal chef and service staff.
