Terms and Conditions
1. Bookings to be made 7 days in advance with final numbers and payment 48 hours (or 2 business days for direct deposits)Â prior to commencement.
2. All tickets should be for the same dates and duration.
3. All tickets to be collected and distributed by the group organiser.
4. Minimum purchase is 20Â tickets.
5. These prices are only available when purchased in advance.
6. Tickets will not be issued until they are paid in full.
7. Where equipment hire is included, an Electronic Hire Planner must be completed and returned before arrival.
8. Complimentary tickets will be issued at a rate of 1 per 20 guests.
9. Complimentary tickets should be of the same value or less than the majority of the tickets purchased.
10. Corporate packages are subject to all terms and conditions pertaining to Hotham and Falls Creek Lift Tickets.
11. Payment can be made by credit card or direct deposit. For bank details please call our Group Bookings staff on 03 5759 4436.
